Facilitation For Film Making

Film is a very strong media which leaves a lasting impression. Film stars and popular actors have a larger than life image and their endorsements convey a very strong message with convictions.

India is the largest producer of feature films in the world and Indian are externally fond of watching films. Indian films are idolized by a large section of people worldwide who just love the ‘patent deserving’ song and dance numbers and sequences. Today the influence of Indian actors is spread across the seven seas.

The Yunnan province of China with its unique beauty, picturesque locations, diverse culture, and the congregation of ethnic minorities, historic sites and friendly people offers an unique platform for picturisation of those magnificent locations through a commercial film by popular actors. This would create awareness resulting in tourism and other economic activities. Many countries in the past have very successfully adopted the same route.

This brief report by CPICC team makes an attempt to highlight advantages which Yunnan can avail by attracting Indian film producers.
